Play Store:

If your system refuses or is unable to process your payment, try the following steps:

  • Try a different payment method,
  • Make sure your credit card details are updated with the Google payment system,
  • Remove it and add it again to the payment that you tried,
  • Exit the Play Store, then delete the data and clear the cache,
  • Contact your Bank,
  • Contact Google.

 

App Store:

If the system rejects the selected payment method, update your billing information. If you cannot, try a different payment method. When your payment data is updated, check the following:

  • Check if the Register of Financial Institutions has the same personal details: your correct name and address.
  • Check if the account used to pay for this has any problems.
