Some Wi-Fi or cellular networks may interfere with the application's network connection. If you get a “Network error” message when you use Xeropan, try to follow these steps to reconnect:
 

  • Try to connect while the Wi-Fi is turned off.
  • Try to connect with the Wi-Fi on.
  • Try to delete the application and re-install it again.
